Acrylic Terpolymer Silica Magnesium Silicaten Scale Inhibitor APF5000 liquid is a proprietary multi-functional polymer with a molecular weight of 5000 that provides outstanding silica and magnesium silicate scale inhibition. APF5000 liquid prevents silica-based scale formation by dispersing colloidal silica, thus preventing magnesium silicate scale formation at heat transfer surfaces.

Acrylic Terpolymer Silica Magnesium Silicaten Scale Inhibitor APF5000 liquid exhibits excellent thermal and chemical stability and very good stability in the presence of hypochlorite. It contains no phosphorus, making its use acceptable where legislation requires that discharge waters contain low or no phosphorus. It can be formulated at any pH without degradation.

It keeps surfaces clean for maximum heat transfer and enhances the performance of organic corrosion inhibitors. It is effective in preventing inorganic and sedimentation fouling.

Acrylic Terpolymer Silica Magnesium Silicaten Scale Inhibitor APF5000 liquid effectively inhibits magnesium silicate. It is an outstanding iron, phosphate scale inhibitor and it stabilizes corrosion inhibitors. It is also excellent dispersant on silica and boiler sludge.
