Carboxylate copolymer APF8610 liquid is a low molecular weight carboxylate copolymer which combines excellent precipitation inhibition and dispersing activity in the same polymer. It is a highly effective anti-precipitant for barium and calcium sulphates, calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate. In addition, it gives excellent dispersancy for most of the inorganic particulates.

Applications
Carboxylate copolymer APF8610 liquid is a low molecular weight carboxylate copolymer with excellent precipitation inhibition and strong dispersing activity. It is suitable for both industrial water treatment and oil field water treatment. It can be applied as scale inhibition and dispersant in open recirculating cooling circuits. It can also be used as a dispersant for boiler sludge control. In topside equipment it is very effective for scale build-up prevention in secondary oil recovery where barium sulphate, calcium sulphate and calcium carbonate are major problems.
